Refund Policy

At D.R. Day Nonprofit Consulting, we take pride in providing high-value digital resources, virtual trainings, and consulting services to help nonprofits thrive. Because our products and services are designed for immediate access and delivery, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

All sales of digital products—including templates, toolkits, workbooks, and downloadable resources—are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at info@drdayconsulting.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

2. Webinars, Trainings, and Cohorts

Registration fees for live or recorded webinars, online workshops, and fundraising cohorts are non-refundable once access is granted or the event is within 7 days.

If you register and are unable to attend, we may, at our discretion:

• Offer you access to a replay (if available), or

• Allow a one-time credit transfer toward a future event of equal or lesser value.

To request a credit transfer, email info@drdayconsulting.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

3. Consulting Services (One-on-One or Group)

For live virtual consulting sessions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost.

• No refunds will be issued for missed or same-day cancellations.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss your appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly at debraday@drdayconsulting.com to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account restrictions and a loss of access to future services.
