Governing Law &Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County.
Scope of Services & Independent Contractor Status
D.R. Day Consulting, LLC provides nonprofit fundraising strategy, consultation about the best practices in grant writing and submission, and donor cultivation for major gifts. We are independent contractors and not employees of the client.
Payment Terms
Consulting fees are billed on an hourly or project basis and are due within 15 days of the invoice. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue payments.
Intellectual Property
D.R. Day Consulting, LLC owns all consulting materials, templates, and deliverables. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them.
Confidentiality
D.R. Day Consulting will maintain the confidentiality of donor data and sensitive information, using it only to perform agreed-upon services.
